Only at the third chapter and not to great so far. This book teaches how to setup a Neo Node and become a validator but you need to be a Chinese Citizen the book cites for this. Then why tell Americans reading this book or anyone outside of China since its written in english if they cant do it. Why not give a real world example that will work for a normal American/or persona that speaks english. A book for developer and a whole chapter deals with downloading wallets. Most people reading this book understand what nodes are, validators and the like. I have never seen a newbie in any programming language reach for an Apress book its usually the last book they look at because they are usually written for those that have basic skills in programming already. I feel by the end of chapter 2 this book was written in such a poor manner that it shouldnt have been published to begin with.
