Daunting Eagle
About this ebook
Globally, the geopolitical landscape is fracturing. Inside the White House SCIF, a terrifying white paper warns of a new reality: fully autonomous agentic AI attack pipelines and a nascent triangular arms race pushing military strategists to think the unthinkable. But while state-level threats dominate the headlines, the true danger sparks in the shadows—where non-state actors grab the controls.
When a ruthless criminal syndicate breaches a high-security facility in Pakistan and vanishes with a tactical nuclear weapon, the global order is thrown into a sudden, silent panic. With hundreds of millions of lives on the line and a ticking clock, the President turns to his ultimate trump card: Compass Point International (CPI).
Led by the brilliant, battle-hardened primary operative John David Stock, tactical mastermind Marty Bratt, and elite intelligence analyst Marcie Beck, CPI launches Operation Daunting Eagle. From a high-speed, Mach-3 deployment into South Asia to a blazing urban showdown in the heart of Madrid, the team will stop at nothing to hunt down the extortionists and pull the world back from the edge of oblivion.
BUT THE WAR IS JUST BEGINNING...
No sooner is the nuclear fuse capped than CPI is thrust back into the blood-soaked terrain of Mexico. Following the death of the notorious cartel kingpin "El Mencho," the hyper-violent Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) has splintered into a vicious internal succession crisis. Armed with an arsenal of weaponized commercial drones, FPV kamikaze strikes, and military-grade rifles, this transnational octopus rules through absolute terror.
To eliminate an army of fifteen thousand entrenched cartel soldiers, Stock and CPI must throw out the old playbook. Unlocking a lethal new strategy, they assemble an unprecedented coalition:
* An elite mercenary army of five hundred battle-tested fighters.
* Actionable, golden intelligence provided by trusted local commanders.
* Cutting-edge loitering munitions and advanced tracking technology to decapitate the cartel's upper echelon.
In a high-stakes campaign of guerrilla warfare, CPI initiates an unrelenting hunt-and-kill operation to tear out the heart of the serpent. But as the smoke clears in Mexico, an even more insidious, homegrown threat begins to fester right in America's backyard...
