The Berry Nice Cream Cake is hands-down one of my favorite desserts of all time, and a new mainstay in my house. I also love the Herbed Cauliflower Rice, Hearty Bean Soup, and Cornbread Muffins!”—ERIC ADAMS, former State Senator and author of Healthy at Last

Have made half of the recipes in one month's time; they're delicious, really, really tasty and unctuous, and *so much better* than what I knew when I was a vegan in the 90s. The biggest surprise and mouth-winning component? Cashew queso! Friggin delicious.
