Even though this book is free, more effort in how it's put together would have been good. it's a mishmash of miscellaneous items, not bullet pointed & dissimilar items just mixed up in a paragraph. Ridiculous to copyright it when some of the items have been printed elsewhere MANY times before, e.g. "drink 2 litres of water daily" . based on the little effort put into this, I wouldn't buy any of this author's works.

I enjoyed reading this pocket book. Use of quite easy language makes it more interesting. Though it's good read to introspect, but also tells you to enjoy every small incidents of tour life.
