About this ebook

Plug directly into an unfiltered, post-punk transmission for the end of days.
12 Volts of Eccentricity is an abrasive, high-voltage poetry collection that strips back the glossy paint of modern consumerism to expose the machinery of societal and environmental decay. Moving seamlessly from the crushing weight of institutional corruption to the toxic systems poisoning our food chains, Darren Hobson channels a raw, sermon-like urgency against the comfortable illusions of the modern world.

Delivering unpolished, stream-of-consciousness free verse that shatters the fourth wall to command the reader, Hobson uses dark humour as protective armour. This is a visceral, chest-honest debut for an independent voice that refuses to compromise.
