Transmentation | Transformation: Or, a Convocation Among Seekers of a Seventh Path

One society seeks order as another fights for freedom while the many worlds burn amid the struggle.

The People’s council governing Burel Hird begins a bold new plan: Use Of Tala mercenaries to remove “foreign” travelers from their fledgling territories, and bring all into the care of Burel Hird’s embrace. In time, they know, the multiverse will thank them. The Council, however, is not united, as lifelong allies Trystèsté Jason and Priema Dhalgrim clash over the initiative.

Meanwhile, Roamer of Tala Beinir works alongside his former adversary, Malculm Bysotič, as Malculm searches for a way to undo the harm he’s unintentionally set in motion. Shara, Beinir’s former partner, is caught up elsewhere in the consequences of Burel Hird’s expansionism and must find a way back to her home—and to herself.

Worlds away, Paër and his small team of operatives jump between universes, struggling against the might of Burel Hird, rescuing Withered Stem travelers and their families. Frustration grows, however, as they come to realize their efforts are insufficient. In desperation, Paër seeks forbidden knowledge that will allow his people to fight back against the overwhelming size and power of Burel Hird.

With places and faces both familiar and new, Transmentation | Transformation takes readers on an unforgettable ride through the Simulacrum itself, right to the Formation Saga’s stunning finale.
