My Disclaimer, I received a complimentary ARC book, provided by the Publisher and Net Galley. My thanks to them. I am voluntarily providing my honest review. I need to start by saying this is not my normal read. The description given by the publisher enticed me to give this book a try. I found D.L. Koontz to be a very talented writer. I am a history buff and enjoyed those parts of the story. To me it is obvious the author has done her research. Not knowing what was coming next kept my interest. If time travel is your thing, you will really enjoy this book by D.L. Koontz.

What the Moon Saw by D. L. Koontz. This is a different read than I normally read. The story is a mix of time travel, suspense, and romance. Libby finds herself traveling from 2016 back to 1926. I’m sure that Libby never realized how her knowledge of history was going to be so important to her survival. I am so glad that I didn’t live during that time. If you enjoy time travel, historical novels, and suspenseful stories, then this might be one for you. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Interesting idea but the villain was obvious and the characters a bit shallow. There were also a bunch of English mistakes such as 'stalky' when 'stocky' was meant, or peaked into a window rather than peeked. An editor should have caught these, it distracted and took one out of the story.
