STRAWBERRY LOVE by Cynthia Graubart Who doesn't like strawberries and all of the wonderful things you can do with them. My family makes a wonderful fresh strawberry pie or even simply crushes a few strawberries and serves them over ice cream. I wanted to find out more of the ways to enjoy the wonderful red berry. The categories of recipes included are tips for cooking with strawberries; cook's notes; bright mornings; savory delights; and sweet treats. Something for everyone. Cookies, cakes, pies, beverages, gluten-free recipes, ice creams, sorbet, tacos, and pork chops it is impossible to go wrong with this cookbook. Highly recommend. Beautiful, full-color photographs of most of the prepared food.
