Paul Wilkinson is head of corporate communications at BIW Technologies, Europe's leading provider of web-based collaboration technologies to the construction and property sectors. Before joining BIW in 2000, he spent 11 years in construction professional services, firstly at Halcrow and then at Tarmac, before running his own consultancy, researching and writing about industry best practice and information technology.
