About this ebook

USA TODAY bestselling author Colleen Coble delivers high-stakes intrigue, coastal danger, and slow-burn romance in The House at Saltwater Point, the second novel in the Lavender Tides series.

Ellie Blackmore is making a name for herself as a house flipper. But when her sister Mackenzie disappears, Ellie can't focus on anything but uncovering what happened. Her only clue is the bloodstain on the deck of Mackenzie's boat. Ellie knows her sister isn't on the best of terms with her ex-husband, Jason, but he wouldn't kill her--would he?

Coast Guard intelligence officer Grayson Bradshaw believes Mackenzie faked her own death after stealing a seized cocaine shipment. The problem is convincing Ellie, who seems to view him as the true enemy.

Both Ellie and Grayson want truth, but truth--and family--is often more complex than it first appears. And they'll quickly find that the dangerous beauty of Lavender Tides is harboring secrets that reach around the world.

Featuring a mystery, an enemies-to-allies partnership, buried family secrets, and an international smuggling conspiracy set against the dramatic Pacific Northwest coast, this gripping romantic suspense will keep readers turning pages late into the night. The House at Saltwater Point continues the suspense-filled Lavender Tides series. Begin the story with The View from Rainshadow Bay, then follow the mystery through Leaving Lavender Tides and Secrets at Cedar Cabin.

A mystery or suspense would not be my first choice usually, but I love Colleen Coble. The House at Saltwater Point is the second in the Lavender Tides series. The author catches your interest in the first few pages of this book, when a main character disappears. Ms. Coble's characters are so developed, you can imagine them as your friends. It is hard to forget them when you have turned the last page and closed the book. If you are like me, you will find you can not turn the pages fast enough. I stayed up all night reading, I could not put the book down. Yet when you come to the end, she leaves you wanting more. Colleen Coble does not disappoint. She is a master storyteller. Pick this one up, you won't be disappointed! I received a complementary copy from Thomas Nelson Publishers through NetGalleys. The opinions expressed in this book are my own.
