I usually enjoy these type of books but this was full of poor grammar, wrong names/dates, and seemed to glaze over anything that opposed the author/s personal view. There are a lot of "facts" that i can't find anywhere except in this book

Colin Wilson and his co-author are credulous and believers in all sorts of silly psychic phenomena. I'm a skeptic but enjoy books of this type. Unfortunately, most are badly written. The instant book is the exception, hence, the 4 stars.
