About this ebook
A heartwarming romance blossoms amidst danger and suspense.
Lt. Col. Bev King finds more than just a connection to home when he signs up for the parcel service during his third tour in Afghanistan. Jude Travis, his thoughtful benefactor, intrigues him, and he's determined to meet her when he returns.
Jude loves sending care packages and is thrilled when Bev replies to her letters. As they exchange heartfelt words, a rapid romance develops. But Jude is being stalked, and Bev might just get caught in the crossfire. Will their whirlwind romance survive? Could coming home be more dangerous for Bev than staying in a combat zone?

About the author
Clare lives in a small town in England with her husband, whom she married in 1992, and her three children.
