Chris Chesar lives in Pennsylvania and is an online marketer and business coach. On April 5th, 2024 Chris and his family experienced their first Earthquake. Although the quake was minor in relationship to West coast earthquakes at a magnitude 4.8 - it was beyond unsettling as earthquakes are very rare in the Northeast region of the United States. This event prompted Chris to research the "How" and "Why" this earthquake happened and what is the potential of a larger earthquake happening in the near future. He also wanted to learn how to be more prepared for the next one.
"What bothered me the most was the lack of knowledge of what I should do when the earthquake hit... I had no clue. Should I run outside away from the house, go to the basement? I just didn't know. This is why I did research and wrote this book. I wanted to be prepared for my family in case there is a bigger one in the future." - Chris Chesar
