Brooklyn and Reese have a complicated relationship when they work together and try to not fall for each other. When Reese discovers he has a daughter it is Brooklyn who helps him navigate the new reality he finds himself in. Slowly they find their rhythm and soon they become a family. This is a beautiful, steamy age-gap romance with the usual Montgomery family shenanigans.

The 10th book in the Montgomery Ink Legacy series brings Brooklyn Montgomery story to life as she goes through loss, rebuilding and than an unexpected romance with Reece Fox. I enjoyed this age gap, enemy to lovers romance storyline with all the delightful banter and steamy moments that kept me flipping the pages until the end. Their romance has ups and down, but when they finally get it right, it was so swoon worthy. This was another emotional addition to the series that is a definite must read

Reece and Brooklyn are the true love story. Both established in their careers, stable and searching for that missing piece. They were so easy to relate to and had me instantly cheering for them. Bella was always front and center for both of them and I loved that. I wanted to hug that girl and tell her everything would be ok. Reece killed me with his “And their lying to myself thing was really working for me”. I literally laughed out loud.
