Well worth reading! Carolyn Parkhurst has shown herself to be a masterful writer. The skillful structure of this work draws the reader into the actions and relationships of every character and scene of the novel. I curled up with my ereader and went on a journey of unexpected twists and turns that left my eyes and mouth wide opened!

Good to the end. I enjoyed this book immensely. The characters were so exquisitely developed. This literary study of suicide, depression, and the loyalty of a dog, all blended into one book makes for a deep and reflective read.

I had this book in hardback and I loved it. Excellent read and very easy to get into. Wish they had a free version of this and not just a free preview.
