About this ebook
Kevin Fuller, the charismatic and attractive landlord in his mid-40s, continues his illicit arrangements in his college apartment complex, where young, stunning tenants, all 18+, offer their bodies to cover delinquent rent. The thrill of his "gold mine" of passionate encounters with co-eds like Mia, Sophie, Ava, and new tenants fuels his desires, but the consequences mount as more pregnancies emerge. Ava and Lily escalate their demands for child support, threatening exposure, while Kevin, unable to resist, deepens his entanglements with new girls like Tara and Chloe. His wife, Sarah, grows increasingly suspicious, uncovering clues that unravel his double life. As the pressure builds, Kevin learns the complex has been sold due to financial strain, but he conceals this from the tenants, continuing his trysts. The volume explores themes of temptation, deception, and the weight of consequences, highlighting Kevin’s struggle to balance his insatiable desires with the crumbling facade of his life. External pressures, like Sarah’s probing and the new property owners’ oversight, close in, while the allure of young tenants keeps him hooked. The volume culminates in a confrontation with the building’s superintendent, forcing Kevin to face the end of his empire. It ends with Kevin and Sarah packing under the cover of night, his ledger tucked away, as he contemplates his next move, caught between reckless indulgence and the storm of his unraveling world.
