Outlaw Badge

A Modern Noir Western Thriller of Gold, Greed, and Desert Justice

He rescues people for cash.

This time, the desert might demand more.

When former military operator Marcus Ryan pulls a stranded woman from the blazing salt flats of the Mojave, he expects a quick payday and a clean ride to Las Vegas.

Instead, he gets a missing husband.

A gold claim in the Granite Mountains.

And a predator who never shares.

Elena Navarro’s husband vanished three months ago chasing a dream—prospecting gold in the brutal wilderness outside Ridgecrest. The only lead? A crude hand-drawn map. A box canyon. And a man named Cole Brennan—a seasoned drifter with a history of partnering with desperate men… and coming back alone.

Now Marcus and Elena are heading deep into the Granite Mountains, past abandoned tungsten mines and into territory where GPS fails, the temperature swings forty degrees in a night, and the law doesn’t exist.

Up there, gold isn’t the only thing buried.

OUTLAW BADGE is a modern noir western thriller packed with:

Desert survival suspense

Missing persons mystery

Gold prospecting gone wrong

A ruthless con man preying on desperate dreamers

Gritty, morally gray anti-hero action

Remote wilderness crime

High-stakes mountain showdown

For fans of neo-western thrillers, desert noir, and hard-edged vigilante justice, this is a story where hope is currency—and betrayal is fatal.

In the Mojave, men chase gold.

Some find it.

Some disappear.

And sometimes, the only justice left comes from an outlaw with a badge of his own making.
