Nominee

Brill Wingfield returns in a relentless political thriller where democracy is for sale, but survival isn’t.

Brill Wingfield is a cleaner for the problems that don't have official solutions. When he’s hired to investigate a simple blackmail case threatening a rising presidential candidate, the job looks like easy money: find the blackmailer, recover the data, and walk away.

But nothing in Chicago is simple.

The candidate, Derek Greene, isn't just a politician with a secret. He is the puppet of "The Consortium"—a shadowy group of billionaires rigging the election with digital bribes and private armies. Their goal isn't just the White House; it's a manufactured war for profit that will reshape the global order.

When Brill uncovers the truth, the job changes. He’s not the cleaner anymore. He’s the loose end.

Marked for death by a ruthlessly efficient fixer named Shelby Johnson, Brill is hunted through the streets of Chicago by hit squads and corrupt police. With a bounty on his head and nowhere to run, he must team up with a rogue detective and a terrified campaign insider to expose the conspiracy before it’s too late.

From the high-rises of the Loop to the gritty underworld of the stockyards, Brill wages a one-man war against a machine that owns the law. He has the evidence. They have the power.

But Brill has something else: he doesn't play by their rules. And he’s about to prove that even billionaires bleed.

Perfect for fans of Jack Reacher, The Terminal List, and the high-stakes intrigue of House of Cards, Nominee is a pulse-pounding story of corruption, betrayal, and the cost of freedom.
