About this ebook

Three billion dollars. One flawless heist. Two brothers on opposite sides of a very thin blue line.

When the Liberty Reserve Depository in Lower Manhattan is breached in a spectacular, bloodless vault heist, it goes down as the crime of the century. Three billion dollars in untraceable cartel money vanishes into thin air. The FBI is desperate. The NYPD is baffled.

But Detective Elias Thorne of the Major Case Squad is the best manhunter in the city. He’s relentless, incorruptible, and determined to catch the ghosts responsible. That is, until a single clue left behind at the crime scene shatters his world: a silver clock gear. It’s a calling card Elias recognizes instantly. The mastermind isn't just a world-class thief—he's Leonard Thorne, Elias's estranged younger brother.

As Elias races to quietly capture his brother before the feds do, he inadvertently kicks a hornet's nest. The stolen money belonged to the Soltsevskaya Bratva, a ruthless Russian syndicate that will burn New York to the ground to get it back. With a lethal cartel cleaner hunting them and a deeply corrupt Internal Affairs Inspector pulling the strings, the collateral damage suddenly includes the one person Elias swore to protect: his ex-wife, Sarah.

Trapped between his oath to the badge and the blood binding him to a criminal empire, Elias must make an impossible choice. To save the innocent, the city's most righteous cop will have to join forces with its most dangerous thieves... and orchestrate the ultimate grift.

Welcome to New York is a pulse-pounding, high-octane heist thriller perfect for fans of Heat and Ocean's Eleven. When loyalties are tested and billions are on the line, the ultimate twist is just a heartbeat away.
