This is NOT the official BSAi Handbook. It is copyrighted 2010, BUT it is a scan of an old handbook. It it totally misleading and these folks scammed me out of $10, STAY AWAY!!!

I would like to change my earlier rating from a 1 to 5. They finally got it together and I was able to get their app downloaded after a week or so after paying for it.
