Grif
About this ebook
Lindsey Tate is human, haunted by her grandfather’s dying wish, and very aware that the local wolf Pack wants her gone. She’s come to their mountain territory to fulfill a sacred duty passed down to her alone — a ceremony she expects will cost her everything. The last thing she needs is a distraction. The last thing she expects is Grif.
Griffon Redstone is the Alpha of one of the most powerful shifter Clans in North America, hiding in the Wyoming wilderness with his traumatized little sister, trying to outrun his grief. He’s not looking for a mate. He’s certainly not looking for a human one. But from the moment he scents Lindsey across a diner, his inner cougar has a very different opinion, and cats, as it turns out, are relentless.
He comes to her rescue more than once. He patches her roof, defends her against the Pack, and watches over her in ways she doesn’t yet understand. But Lindsey has a date with destiny that can’t be delayed, and when she performs the ancient ceremony she’s carried across the country, the Great Spirit turns the tables on everything, including what she thought she knew about herself.
Thrown together by fate and something far older, neither of them can deny what’s pulling them together. But an old enemy has found them in the mountains, and he’ll stop at nothing to make Grif bleed.
