Basics in Education

Ms. Pooja Sharma, currently working as an Assistant Professor and Chair of the School in the Department of Education, Dr C. V. Raman University Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh. She has a rich experience of 17 years of teaching in Education. She also holds the position of IIC President and ISO Internal Auditor at University. Presently she is pursuing her research work for Doctoral degree. Her area of interest includes English Literature and Education. She has published more than 10 research articles and book chapters at national and international level and also reviewed a book. She also has two patents published. She has received National Research Excellence award and ISRD Academic Excellence Award and also Best Educator Award. She has aspirations to reach higher heights of academic excellence with flying colours.

Dr. Kotra Balayogi awarded Ph. D. Degree in Education by Bharathiar University for his work entitled “Inclusive Education in India and United States of America”. Dr. Bala has been teaching for last 20 years, starting his Teaching Career as High School Mathematics Teacher, Lecturer in Mathematics, School Principal and as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Education, ICFAI University, Tripura, India and presently working as Assistant Professor (Vice Principal) at Unity College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, Nagaland, India. He is an outstanding classroom practitioner possessing considerable Teaching, Research, Training, Administration and Management experiences in INDIA, INDONESIA and USA. He has to his credit more than 35 research papers published in reputed National and International Journals, 65 paper presentations in various National and International (India) and International (Bhutan, India, Mauritius, Nepal, Sri Lanka) Conferences, Workshops and Seminars and contributed nearly 50 chapters for National and International Edited Books. 

Dr. Daniel Michal Khan is the head of the political science department and assistant professor at Tetso College in Sovima, Chumukedima, Nagaland, India. With 13.3 years of experience teaching in higher education and 8 years in schools, he has a wealth of knowledge. His credentials include MA in Political Science, MA in Education, B.Ed. and M.Ed., MBA (HRM), and Ph.D. Over forty post-graduate students at St. Joseph University Nagaland have benefited from his dissertation guidance. He has various publications and newspaper pieces.

Presently contributing her services as Principal at Gitanjali Teachers Training College, Murshidabad, West Bengal, India, As Founder Trustee Pranam Kiran Educational Samiti, India, Director (Institutional Services) to Sri Aurobindo Yoga and Knowledge Foundation, India, Heading the initiative The Progress & The Progress Journals. She is Ph.D. in Education with experience of 15 years in Higher Educational Institutions. She has guided more than 15 research scholars.

Dr Pallavi Kaul, currently working as an Associate professor in Amity Institute of Education, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has a rich experience 25 years in teaching of B.Ed, M.Ed, Ph.D in Education and guiding 4 scholars. She is M.Sc- chemistry and NET and Ph.D in Education. She is presently associated with Mahatma Gandhi National council for Rural Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Government of India as a Science resource person. She is also science subject expert with TATA Consultancy Services, MacMillian Education, India, Oxford university Press, Orient Black Swan, Aggargati Foundation. She has published around 3 books;20 book chapters and 25 articles published in Journals of national and international repute. She has also 2 UK Grant patent and published 7 patents in India.
