The Flash dropped off during the third and forth seasons, and Flashpoint was really controversial. this is an else world story where Flash never "Jumped the shark" with flashpoint. The author constantly referencing what a huge mistake flashpoint would've been shows this was clearly intentional, and I'm all for it! this is the canon arrowverse as far as I'm concerned. I love seeing the classic "Team Flash" come back in their original format complete with classic detaining pods for their villains. if you've lost interest in the CW, then this book is for you.
