A thoroughly awful book. Much of the information in this book repeats itself or, at the very least, poorly written. This was compiled via a chatGPT and never reviewed for accuracy, completeness, or even if the writing made sense. I'm sure the authors name is fake. It's likely that no such person actually exists A waste of time.
