About this ebook
An imprisoned elf princess. Two cowboy monster hunters. A deranged prince who won’t take no for an answer. Welcome to a wilder west.
Princess Alore has spent her life shackled to a bed in the Palace of Maids, a gilded prison for the illegitimate daughters of nineteen elven kings. Her fate? To be married off like livestock to any royal who chooses her.
When she’s promised to a particularly twisted prince, her grandmother stages a daring escape, sending Alore to an unfamiliar world.
In this new world, Alore is introduced to whiskey, revolvers—and two rugged cowboys who hunt the undead. Cody falls for her instantly. Dustin wishes she’d go back to wherever she came from. Alore has other plans.
As she learns to shoot, ride, and drink like a local, Alore discovers freedom for the first time. But just when her new life starts to feel real, she's captured by a rebellious outlaw.

A marvelous fantasy. In a world inhabited by elves, illegitimate daughters of kings are removed from all they know and kept locked until the noble or wealthy need to be flattered. They are then put on display to be selected as a legal wife. One such daughter colludes with one of her caretakers to escape her fate by stepping through a magic mirror into another world. She selects one similar to our Wild West. except that all those who die reanimate as undead. The series follows her adventures. This installment ends when the reprehensible prince who chose her finds her gone and decides to follow to obtain his property. Thus only two stars. Cliffhangers are lazy writting.
