AFTER THE LAST BELL

The story follows Rayan, a student who begins experiencing strange and terrifying events at school. One day, he sees a mysterious figure outside his classroom and later notices footprints leading to an abandoned building. Inside, he encounters a disturbing version of himself giving dark warnings.

Soon after, a teacher, Mr. Grantham, behaves strangely and later dies after jumping from a building. Before his death, he had tried to warn Rayan about something dangerous connected to the abandoned building.

Rayan and his best friend Amit start investigating. They experience supernatural events—shadows, storms, mysterious symbols, and a terrifying figure called “the Watcher” (a man in a black cap). They learn that the building is linked to a dark force that has existed for years, and a student named Senthil had disappeared there in the past.

As events worsen, Rayan becomes increasingly connected to the dark power. Amit bravely sacrifices himself by offering to take Rayan’s place, but the evil continues to chase them.

In the final confrontation, Rayan uses a special knife to destroy the shadow entity. Amit is freed—but there is a twist:

the shadow never truly dies. Instead, it passes on to someone else.

In the end, Rayan becomes the new shadow, continuing the cycle of darkness, while Amit survives, realizing that the horror has only begun again.
