Hunting Ground: The heart-pounding BRAND NEW instalment to Andrew Warren's thriller series for 2026

"Don’t mess with Thomas Caine. Ever." - New York Times bestselling author Brett Battles

They want a war. Caine will give them one...

Recovering from a grueling mission overseas, CIA Paramilitary Officer Thomas Caine returns home, eager to resume his relationship with Rebecca Freeling. Even if it means leaving his career behind.

But fate has other plans...

A bomb reduces a US federal building to smoking rubble. Someone close to Caine is counted among the dead. And the CIA’s most lethal killer is determined to bring those responsible to justice, no matter the cost.

From New Jersey's urban sprawl to a remote town in the San Bernardino Mountains, Caine's hunt for vengeance sets him on a collision course with a sinister new domestic terror group—and thrusts him into a conspiracy reaching the highest levels of government. These violent extremists are determined to plunge America into a new Civil War...

Can Caine stop their next attack, before it’s too late?
