This is book two in the Magical Matchmaker series and it features Michael and Lindsey. Never mix business with pleasure is Michael’s motto but he wanted her desperately. The sizzling heat is most definitely present but they’re notoriously good at being interrupted, if you know what I mean. This is a lighthearted romance where Lindsey is always trying to do the right thing but things don’t always work out that way, especially when you have a forbidden attraction to your boss. The story line was captivating and had you rooting for the good guy at every turn. I look forward to reading more from this fabulous author.

I really liked this book it was a fun interesting read and had me laughing out loud at times. This was Lindsey and Michaels story she works for him and has a huge crush on him and he feels the exact same way now that she is leaving to start her own business they can act on their feelings for each other. This is a really good fun read with lots of steam I really enjoyed it.

I didn’t love this book. The story didn’t feel believable at times, especially when billionaire workaholic business owner Michael dropped everything and blindly flew to Hawaii to find Lindsay (he only knew the town/not the hotel) following a hot make out session in an elevator. I really liked Michael, but Lindsay was borderline likable because her actions were flighty, and kinda uncaring. I know she was meant to be funny in some of these actions but it fell flat for me. I really loved Opal, and some of the supporting characters though. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
