Born and raised in Milwaukee, Allen’s journey has been marked by both tragedy and triumph. He has survived unimaginable violence, near-death experiences, and deep personal loss. Through it all, his faith in God, the unwavering love of his wife Marqueta, and the loyalty of his dogs — Harley, Pebbles, and Fendi — have carried him forward.
