About this ebook
A dark, sensual Regency romance where forbidden magic, dangerous secrets, and irresistible passion entwine.
Once a lady of privilege, Catriona O’Connell now survives in the shadows of Dublin’s slums. Her latest job: steal a mysterious book from Aidan Douglas, Earl of Kilronan. But Cat hides a secret even more valuable than the diary she’s after—she is Other, a rare blend of Fey and human. When Aidan catches her in the act, he recognizes what she is instantly…and realizes she may hold the key to unlocking his family’s dangerous legacy.
Aidan needs Cat’s unique ability to translate the magical diary left by his murdered father. He offers her a choice: help him decipher its secrets, or face prison as a thief. Reluctantly, Cat agrees, and as the diary’s cryptic language begins to unfold, so does the powerful attraction between them.
But their alliance draws them deep into the treacherous realm of the Other, where ancient rivalries and dark magic threaten them at every turn. To survive—and to protect their hearts—Cat and Aidan must unravel the diary’s mysteries before it falls into the wrong hands.
Steeped in gothic atmosphere, magic, and sizzling romance, Earl of Darkness is perfect for fans of richly woven historical fantasy and lovers who defy fate itself.
