About this ebook

Imagine a world where New York Times bestselling author, comedian, actor, television, and podcast host Adam Carolla is the President of the United States. Can’t do it? You don’t have to! Adam has done it for you!

Podcast king Adam Carolla first shared his unique, but always funny world view in his New York Times bestseller In Fifty Years We’ll All Be Chicks—but he’s not done.

In President Me, Carolla shares his vision for a different, better America free from big issues like big government down to small problems like hotel alarm clock placement. Running on an anti-narcissism platform, President Carolla calls for a return to the values of an earlier time when stew and casserole were on every dinner table and there were no "service dogs" on airplanes. President Me hits right at the heart of what makes our country really annoying, and offers a plan to make all of our lives, but mostly Adam’s, much better.

Here’s the assload of opinions and dump truck of ideas that will make this country better:

  • Political Satire: A department-by-department takedown of government incompetence, from the TSA’s shoe-print fetishes to the Postal Service’s refusal to get out of their weird jeeps.
  • Government Waste: Why your tax dollars are being spent on ‘Click It or Ticket’ campaigns for cars that already beep at you and on politically correct road signs that make traffic worse.
  • Personal Responsibility: Carolla’s pro-bullying, anti-participation-trophy plan to bring back grit, toughen up a generation of pussies, and teach people to get their own shit together.
  • Libertarian Humor: A hilarious rant on everything that’s gone wrong with America, from service dogs on planes and vegetarians at a chili cook-off to the decline of good strip club music.

His first two books were great. This one was a major let down compared to what I was expecting. The jokes are stale and are forced into supposed planks of a political platform.

If the previous 2 books and 4-5 years of podcast remain consistent.... This book will be incredibly entertaining and brilliant.
