As an ordained Pastor with over thirty years of service in pastoral care, leadership roles, teaching, international church planting missions, congregational ministry, and some years in health care chaplaincy, he has devoted his life to discipleship as a basis for leadership development in Nigeria, Canada, the Caribbean islands, and the United States.
