The illusion of Loneliness: I Miss Myself

I’ve only read the first chapter so far, but I’ve already learned a lot. One thing that stood out to me is loneliness. Sometimes we focus too much on pleasing other people instead of focusing on ourselves and what makes us happy. The chapter also explains that loneliness doesn’t simply mean being separated from others, isolating yourself, or having no friends. It’s more about how we feel within ourselves. This first chapter was interesting, and I’m looking forward to continuing the book.

it was a good read. it reminded me that it important to bring back my inner child in my adult life. I must embrace all that I enjoyed doing when I was a child and apply it in my adult life so that I can be happy with myself.

this book is like a candle for a lost child ,who think like always makes other priority and lose themselves 💚 I love it .
