You can't see them. But they can see you.

This forest isn't charted on any map of Ireland. Every car breaks down at its treeline, and Mina's is no different. Left stranded, she is forced to enter the dark and desolate woods. She discovers a woman shouting, urging her to run.

Mina reaches a concrete bunker. As the door slams behind her, the building is besieged by screams.

The nightmare is only just beginning.

Mina finds herself trapped in a room with a wall of glass and an electric light that comes on at nightfall. Terrible things happen to anyone who doesn't reach the bunker in time, for night is when strange and sinister creatures emerge to observe their captive humans.

They are watching your every move...

Afraid and trapped among strangers, Mina is desperate for answers. Who are the Watchers, and why are they keeping humans imprisoned, so keen to watch their every move?

It was an enjoyable adventure! there were a couple twists and turns and it did a fairly good job building suspense when it needed to. it wasn't perfect and there were certain parts i found slightly frustrating but overall it was worth the read. The concept is fun and i enjoyed seeing where the author took the ideas.

Incredible read. I was hoping there would be more light shed on the Watchers and what they were exactly. The ending seemed to open up the possibility of a sequel? Maybe even a trilogy. Definitely would like to know more about the Watchers. The so called twist was not at all surprising. I had my suspicions.

Great Read. I watched the movie on Apple not knowing it was a book. I'm going to read Grace next. I liked the story and the writing style. It took some getting used to in terms of an American reading an Irish writer, but I really really enjoyed reading this story. The movie is pretty good, too.
