Volume 1 collects Chapters 1–4 and includes:

- Personal Dear Reader letters from ARY, reflecting on what each chapter means to him

About the author
ARY is an Australian writer, filmmaker, and designer, best known for his romantic comedies that playfully exaggerate his own love life. As the founder of the creative house DryHumour, ARY co-produced and wrote the award-winning short film Friendzoned Island (2019) and authored the comic short story The Green Elephant (or How To Get A Girl’s Attention), which debuted at #1 on Apple Books Australia’s comics chart. His latest work, Isle Over Matter, is a dramatic comedy graphic novel exploring depression, self-worth, and the complexities of love.
Ivan Shinoda is an Indonesian comic artist, illustrator, and motion graphics animator. Growing up, Ivan was deeply inspired by popular manga such as Naruto, which has left a lasting impact on his drawing style. His work was notably featured by YouTube sensation Uncle Roger (mrnigelng). In his free time, Ivan creates Fire Emblem-themed comics and Fate/Grand Order-style animations, with aspirations to one day become a published artist in the iconic Japanese magazine Shonen Jump.
