A science fiction thriller about our near future, the one our children will have to endure. This book tells the story of two people forty years in the future, depicting life on Earth, Mars, space stations, and asteroid mining.

This book presents a prophetic view of our near-term future if we continue our current scientific, economic, and political activities, a future characterized by space travel, encounters with extraterrestrial life, and the emergence of intelligent, yet malevolent, computers. A realistic portrayal of asteroid mining, space-grown food due to climate change, cities on Mars, and alien influences. Some of these aliens are friendly, while others view us as a food source. This book shouldn't be considered as a blueprint for the future. Instead, it is a cautionary tale of the dangers of blind obedience mixed with greed, and how people of courage can overcome any obstacle.
