For high-powered executive Tiffany, Christmas isn't just a season—it's a painful reminder of the betrayal that turned her heart to ice. She's traded holiday cheer for a corner office and a ruthless reputation, making life miserable for everyone around her, especially her kind-hearted assistant, Sara.

But this year, the holidays have her backed into a corner.

Tiffany is given an ultimatum: land the massive Johnson's Toys account by the New Year, or her entire division will be shut down, costing everyone—including the desperate Sara—their jobs. The problem? Her "Scrooge" attitude already tanked the first meeting with the company's infuriatingly charming new CEO, Henry Johnson.

Out of options, Tiffany devises a desperate, last-ditch plan. Discovering Henry is from her own hometown, she goes back for the holidays, trading her power suits for thrift-store clothes and adopting a new identity. Her mission: get close to Henry, win his trust, and secure the contract.

But her plan gets complicated when she starts to genuinely fall for the man she's deceiving. He's captivated by the "real" woman she's pretending to be, and she's reminded of the person she was before heartbreak changed her. With her career, her assistant's future, and her own chance at happiness on the line, Tiffany must confront her past. Can she save her job without losing the man who's teaching her to believe in Christmas—and love—all over again?
