A Favorite Son Christmas

Five years after the death of Pastor B.C. Wilson, Lady Rita Wilson has forged on with excellence and grace, as the heart behind Graceway Dallas where her son Camden serves as pastor with beautiful wife Amber by his side. But Rita’s grace is tested when the late Pastor Wilson’s former mistress, Delores Cunningham, writes a book detailing their affair and claiming that she was the backbone of Graceway.

To take attention away from Delores, during Thanksgiving dinner, Lady Rita hatches a plan to bring her sons’ gospel singing group, So G.I.F.T.E.D., back together for a Christmas album and concert. It sounds like a good idea, except …

Blaine hasn’t performed on his amputated leg in years, and he’s got the added stress of not being able to pay the mortgage on his church—Graceway Oklahoma City.

Dawn and Blaine haven’t been on good terms since their divorce, and she’s got a new man—the pastor of a church in Dallas.

Camden and Amber are ready to give up on being parents after their second try at in vitro fertilization.

It’s going to take a hot tattooed physical therapist, old friends, and the prayers of the entire body of Christ to pull off this Christmas miracle. And when a blast from the past tries to destroy everything, Lady Rita discovers the power of forgiveness and the true meaning of Christmas.
