Alice Bailey (1880-1949). In 1919 whilst living in the Krotona Theosophical Institute, Hollywood she was contacted by the Tibetan Master Djwhal Khul who requested her help in writing a series of books.He saw his work as teaching and spreading the knowledge of the Ageless Wisdom and qualifies this. "I am one who has wrestled and fought his way into a greater measure of light and I must therefore act as a transmitter of the light, no matter what the cost."This he did through his 30 year collaboration with Alice Bailey resulting in the writing of twenty books of esoteric philosophy.
