Matchmaker Abduction

New Earth, a planet of humans and aliens in Universe 1, desperately needs matchmakers to run their matchmaking service. There’s only one small—okay, BIG—problem. The original matchmakers are dead now, and their DNA was not viable for cloning. 

Solution to New Earth’s problem? Use the alien space-time portal to abduct alternates of the original matchmakers from one of Earth’s slower-spinning universes. That’s far easier said than done, though, especially when the alternates are anything but a loving couple. 

Angus and Erin from Universe 6 are none too pleased to be thrown into a future that relies on them lying to an entire planet about who they are.
