The Secret Agent: A Simple Tale

This is not just an exceptional book, well written and with beautifully descriptive prose - unlike anything we are used to today, in modern novels. But what lifts this forgotten treasure to an Easy 5🌟 Rating is the wonderful, dulcet tones of Sinead Dixon! I myself was slightly perturbed by the choice of a female narrator, but at the easy price paid, I wasn't going to lose out! But, OMG! I Am More than Glad I did take that chance! Sinead Dixon is by 'tones' alone, unfailing in her portrayal of Every character! This isn't the typical narrative choice that Male narrators use - a higher pitch means it's a "woman" talking! And it becomes even Worse when they attempt under 14/15 years old children! 😂 But Sinead has a way of altering her "vocal tones", that after 10-15mins, you don't give it another thought! And, like me, I think you will be Very pleased! Go on - take a wee chance and be!😲 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 👍👍👍👏👏👏 😊🤗😍
