About the author
DAVENDRANATH G. JHA (PhD, MCA and MBA) is a Professor and HoD - IT, K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. He has over two decades of teaching experience and is involved in various training and IT consulting (technical and functional evaluation) activities.
