The Long Road

With the Malachite Emperor finally on his death bed, Maran accepts the most important job of her life: his funeral.

Now she has to get there. Charyastos is a long way from Jura City, and the two lands hate each other.

Even before she steps out her door, everything goes wrong, and she soon finds herself following every path but the right one. Her journey leads her through many lands, meeting many people, and facing new dangers.

And perhaps, if she strives enough, she can find the fabled City of Brass itself.
