Having a book like this helps to not get wrapped up in anger and bitterness. After reading parts of this book I am able to say good things about my ex husband to my daughter because no matter what our issues are, he is still her dad and I am her mom and she doesn't want/need to hear bad things about her parents. I am very thankful I purchased this.
