Mine to Adore

What happens when the search & rescue veteran and his K9 get trapped in a remote mountain chalet with a gorgeous older woman from Arizona during a freak blizzard?

My first time on a ski slope in twenty years, I overestimated my abilities and got lost in a blizzard that hit the mountaintop faster than anyone expected. Trapped in the trees with a twisted knee and zero visibility, I’m quickly losing consciousness when an insistent wet nose and a pair of strong arms save me.

Now I’m in a mountain cabin in front of a roaring fire and a muscle bound shirtless man who insists on getting me naked. Too bad it’s merely to save me from hypothermia and nothing else.

Or is it?

Linc is the sexiest man to ever put his hands on me. Even though he’s barely a few years older than my daughter, our age difference doesn’t deter him in seducing me at all.

Charmingly sweet, supremely confident, and intent on adoring every inch of me, he is out of a romance novel (or maybe a porn), but either way, I grab hold of this opportunity with both hands and let him show me pleasure I didn’t know my body was capable of.

Literally.

When the question of his manwhoring past is brought to the forefront, I have to remind myself that this is nothing more than one amazing night born of proximity, anxiety, and convenience.

I can’t expect a relationship with a man fifteen years my junior who lives in another state, and any fanciful dreams I had last night in the throes of orgasmic ecstasy must be forgotten. Linc doesn’t agree and refuses to let me ghost him, promising if I do, he’ll find and give me the spankings I desperately need.

He says I’m his to adore, and he’s never letting me go.

After one night away from the mountain and back in Spring City, I might believe him.
