The book was well written in more friendly words that are easy to understand. The content is very useful and almost like an audio psychologist or therapist. Anyone that read all of what’s inside of it can surely take this in their whole lives. I’ve learned how to accept and let go of ugly situations since childhood and while growing up in a bettery way that I thought I had, but after reading this, I realized how little I know about life. Even if I thought I was already mature enough.
