Oath Bound: A brutal, action-packed historical viking adventure
About this audiobook
LONGLISTED FOR THE WILBUR SMITH ADVENTURE WRITING PRIZE 2022.
The champion of a dead king has nothing left to lose... and only vengeance to claim.
Hastings, 1066. Styrkar the Dane emerges from the blood-soaked fields of Senlac Hill, wounded, furious, and filled with purpose. His king is dead. His comrades lie butchered. The Norman usurpers think England is theirs, but Styrkar isn't finished.
Driven by loyalty and wrath, he becomes a hunted outlaw, a ghost in the woods, feared as the Red Wolf. His legend grows with each raid and skirmish, until a young Breton knight is sent to silence him. But catching a man with nothing to fear is no simple task.
Styrkar will carve his vengeance into the flesh of his enemies, or fall like the rest of his shield-brothers.
For fans of Bernard Cornwell, Giles Kristian, Guy Gavriel Kay, and the brutal world of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla.
