Nailing Nick: A Gina Beaufort Kelly Cozy Mystery

A few months ago, Gina Beaufort Kelly’s husband left her for a woman young enough to be his daughter. Then he died, before he could make an honest woman out of her. Now she’s back, and she wants to hire Gina to find out whether her boyfriend is cheating.

The irony alone is almost enough to get Gina to agree to take the case. The retainer seals the deal.

Nick Costanza is the definition of tall, dark, and handsome. He’s also – according to Jacquie – behaving suspiciously. And there’s a new woman at work Jacquie suspects he’s misbehaving with.

But what looks like another simple case of a cheating bastard turns into yet one more quagmire of complications for Gina and company. From money laundering and mob connections to mistaken identities and murder, the newly minted PI has her hands full, and that’s before the attack dogs get in on the action.
