The Penthouse Rule: An Age Gap Dad’s Best Friend Romance

He’s my father’s best friend. He’s my new boss. And he’s the only man who can make me behave.

Marcus Ashford has a rule for everything. From the precise angle of his pen on the desk to the billions of dollars he moves as a corporate titan, his life is a monument to order. He doesn't do chaos. He definitely doesn't do relationships.

Then I showed up.

Toby Crane. Twenty-two, drifting, and desperate for a place to stay. When my dad asked Marcus to take me in for the summer, he thought he was doing me a favor. He didn't know he was serving me up to the one man who could ruin me.

Living with Marcus is a lesson in discipline. Working for him at Ashford Sterling is a lesson in torture. He’s forty-five, stern, and impossibly forbidden. He’s also the only person who sees through my act. He knows I’m not just a brat—I’m a boy looking for someone to take the reins.

It started with a look across a crowded gala. It turned into a game of boundaries pushed and rules broken. Now, the penthouse isn't just a place to sleep. It’s a place where I learn to kneel.

But Marcus has a secret, too. He’s terrified of losing control. And I’m about to show him that the only thing better than following the rules... is breaking them together.

The Penthouse Rule is a high-heat MM romance featuring a strict billionaire boss, his best friend’s chaotic son, and a Daddy kink awakening that changes everything. Happily Ever After guaranteed.
