With Me in the Valley: The Comforting Presence of God in Psalm 23
About this audiobook
A Believer's Union with Christ as Sheep and Shepherd
"I will fear no evil, for you are with me" (Psalm 23:4). In just a few words, this phrase captures the central hope found within the entire Bible. While the world is terrifying and dark, and shadows lurk behind every corner, king David clings to the good shepherd, knowing there is comfort and strength in who he is and where he leads.
In this concise booklet, David Gibson examines the believer's union with Christ as the sheep and the shepherd, offering readers comfort in the hope of trusting him. Loneliness is one of the greatest hardships a human can bear, but through Psalm 23, we are offered a tangible consolation—in Christ, we are never alone. This book is a portion of the work published within The Lord of Psalm 23, now made more accessible for a wider audience.
